A random trip to a genealogy library led to the discovery of a charming empty house with a story that was dying to be told. Thus, a company named Domus Development was born. The 100 year old house, once owned by a local timber baron, was carefully restored to historical designation standards and the new luxury student housing community was developed around it.
At Mustang Ranch Apartments, in the Cowboy Capital of the World, we honored history and tradition with a contemporary West Texas ranch house theme.
